Grown in the beautiful highlands of Piatã, Bahia, this coffee comes from Fazenda Cerca de Pedras, owned by Silvio Leite, one of Brazil's most respected specialty coffee professionals.
The Sakura plot was named in honour of Silvio's long-standing friendship with the Japanese coffee community, particularly his close friend Toshi Ishiwata, and Toshi's daughter.
Carefully hand-picked and slowly dried on raised beds under shade, this natural processed Catucaí 2SL offers a beautifully clean and expressive cup.
Sweet and balanced, with notes of grape and tropical fruits, complemented by a gentle chocolate sweetness.
A lovely Brazilian coffee with a special connection to Japan.
