From Finca El Mirador in Pitalito, Huila, this washed Bourbon Aji is produced by siblings Diego and Yessica Parra, fourth-generation coffee producers who work together with a strong focus on quality, unique varieties and thoughtful processing.

Their shared journey into specialty coffee began with Yessica, who introduced Diego to the world she had discovered through her studies and work in coffee. Today, they run El Mirador together, combining their experience in processing, cupping and quality to produce distinctive lots from varieties including Bourbon Aji.
