Origine: Pantano, Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, Brazil
Variety: Yellow Catuai
Process: Natural 
Elevation: 1,080 - 1,150 MASL

50% of Finca Himalaya
Origine: Ahuachapan, El Salvador
Variety: Anacafe 14
Process: Natural
Elevation: 1,500 MASL
