30% of Finca El Pedrero
Origine: Marcala, Montecillos, Honduras
Variety: Catuai, IHCAFE 90
Process: Natural 
Elevation: 1,750 MASL

20% of Kindeng Mill
Origine: Marcala, Montecillos, Papua New Guinea
Variety: Arusha, Bourbon, Typica
Process: Natural
Elevation: 1,520 - 1,770 MASL

Expected Tasting Notes

Pleasant bitterness with dark chocolate and vanilla  
Flavour of dried berries and rhubarb
Sweetness of cocoa and roasted nuts
Rich and syrupy
