Las Mishas is a community blend, made from coffees grown in the Colasay area. These coffees are cultivated at very high altitudes (around 2,090 masl) in small plots of land below 2 hectares. The cold climate in this area allows for a slightly longer drying process, favouring the quality we find in these coffees.
